We deliver in Belgium and worldwide. Delivery costs are free in Belgium. Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days (in Belgium and unless otherwise indicated on the product pages). A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you when your package is shipped.
You have received your items but the size or cut does not suit you? Don’t worry, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package to return the products concerned.
Any request for return or exchange must be reported via our contact form (CONTACT PAGE LINK) or directly by mail to our customer service at email@example.com. The customer must attach to his request, the order number concerned by the return, the designation of the product or products concerned by the return, and specify whether it is a request for exchange or refund.
For a compliant return, the dresses must be unworn, unwashed, untouched, with their label, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied if possible by the delivery note received in the order. If you do not comply with these obligations, we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the item, depending on the devaluation that your treatment of the product has caused.
For a first exchange of an order shipped in Belgium, the return is free of charge, we provide you with a prepaid return label.
Following the reception of the return and its treatment, we proceed to the creation of a credit note in the form of a gift card valid for 1 year of an amount equal to the value of the returned articles and the delivery costs if the order is returned in its entirety. You will then be able to place a new order on all our references.
In the case of a return for a final refund or a second exchange or for any order shipped outside of metropolitan France, it is the customer’s responsibility to organize the return and to pay the shipping costs except in the case where he/she would have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order. In the case of a partial refund of an order, the outward delivery costs will remain at your charge.
No refund, exchange or credit note will be issued until we receive the returned products.

We advise you to choose a method of transport with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Moreover, the parcels for which the identification of the customer (name, first name, address, order number) will not be possible, will be refused.
Your credit note or refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically on the account associated with the credit card used for payment or on the PayPal account used for payment.
