A story of family, thread and pride

Before becoming a Moroccan caftan boutique in Belgium, it all began in a haberdashery in Brussels. Our father was the first in Belgium to import directly from Morocco the raw materials of traditional couture – sfifa, aakad, the noble fabrics that bring caftans, takchitas and jellabas to life. We grew up among the spools and fabrics, and learned the trade alongside him.

In 2015, we decided to take the plunge. We created ISRAYA – a name forged from the first names of our daughters, Isra and Aya. Like them, this brand grows before our eyes every day.

Our ambition is simple: to offer women from the Moroccan diaspora in Europe the opportunity to wear exceptional traditional outfits, without compromising on quality or style. Pieces that respect Moroccan craftsmanship while embracing today’s trends.

In 2020, we’re launching our online boutique to meet the demand from customers all over Europe. Today, Israya has 4 boutiques in Belgium and thousands of women who trust us for their most precious moments – from Ramadan to weddings, from family celebrations to evenings out with friends.
