2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed on israyastore.com. By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these T&C.

3. Products

Israya Store offers Moroccan traditional clothing (caftans, takchitas, jellabas, kimonos, hijabs and accessories). Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only; slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen. Products are offered subject to availability.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (Belgian VAT applicable). Israya Store reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

5. Ordering process

  2. Review and validate your cart
  3. Enter your delivery information
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Confirm and pay
  6. Receive your order confirmation by email

Any validated and paid order constitutes a firm and final sales contract.

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Israya Store does not store any banking data.

7. Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Israya Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right: contact us at contact@israyastore.com with your order number, then return the item in its original condition, unworn, with tags attached.

Exception: personalised or made-to-measure products are not eligible for withdrawal.

Refund: processed within 14 days of receiving the return, via the same payment method used at purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

9. Returns and exchanges

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, with the item in perfect condition, unworn, with original tags and accompanied by the order slip. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for the full procedure.

10. Intellectual property

All content on israyastore.com (texts, images, logo, design) is the exclusive property of Israya Store and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These T&C are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us at contact@israyastore.com to seek an amicable resolution.

Failing that, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The competent courts are those of Brussels (Belgium).
